 Frequently Asked...

    | Q:  What do I do next to
      create a video album? |
    | A:
The process is pretty simple...follow the steps below:   |

    | Step 1: | View our Packages
to the left and determine which package is best for you! |
    | Step 2: | View our sample
gallery and find an intro that is closest to the album you would like
to create.  If you can not find exactly what you want
call us, we will create a custom background for you! |
    | Step 3: | View our Music
Options Showcase to help make your music choices.  This is the most
critical part of creating the mood you desire for your album. |
    | Step 4: | Now that you have
selected your package, intro and backgrounds, and the songs for your album,
move on to the order form.  Here you
will provide us with the choices you made in steps 1-3. |
    | Step 5: | We understand that
this is preliminary information.  An album designer will be in contact
with you upon receipt of your order form to speak with you personally to
assure that we create the show you desire for your event. |
    | Step 6: | Before sending,
scanning or sending your photos please visit our Planning
Worksheet for assistance in assembling the materials and making sure
you provide the best photos for your show. |
    | Step 7: | The Memorable Moments
Design Team takes over from here! We will call and walk you through the rest of the process which includes:  Interview with you to
      understand what you want to achieve; a low quality demo for your approval;
Final DVD sent to your door in time for your event!   |

    | Q:  My videographer/photographer
has offered a photo montage, what is
      different about Memorable Moments?   |
    | A:  Photo
montages are usually created by having one photo slowly fading into
another or with simple transitions.  The mood is not captured by
pictures and music alone, with a Slide Show Album from Memorable Moments,
we add creative text that highlights special meanings of the songs
selected or the moment captured in the photograph.  This is not just
flashed text, but it is woven in with skilled graphics to add to the
emotional experience for the audience.  We also add motion to your
pictures, zooming in on a particularly important picture to emphasize a
couples love. A Memorable Moments slide
show album will be like no other photo montage displayed at any event
attended by your friends and family.  It will stand out as one of the
most memorable portions of your receptions, rehearsal dinner, 50th
      Anniversary, or other event. |

    | Q:  I have placed my
order, what should I expect next? |
    | A:  Once
you have submitted your order form, a Memorable Moments Designer will call
you on the phone number you provided.  Your designer will handle your
show from beginning to end and will take you through everything step by
step.  Review the planning worksheet to get yourself organized and
wait for a call!  We will call you within 2 working days of receiving
      your order form! |

    | Q:  What is your
lead-time, and what about rush orders? |
    | A:   Our
standard lead-time is 14 days from receipt of your
photographs.  Your order form submission starts the process.  We
will contact you within 2 days.  You need to consider the time it
will take you to assemble your photographs and get them to us after we
have reviewed your order form in our phone interview with you.  We
recommend planning on 5 days for mailing of your photos to us and us
sending you a preview copy. Yes we will take rush orders!  Please
call us immediately at 419-693-3381 and we will review your rush order
with you personally.  Each case is different and we will have to
agree on a timeline that works for you. |

    | Q:  Will my Disk play on
      my DVD player? |
    | A:   Most
DVD players will support the burned DVD formats.  If you have
purchased your DVD player in the last 2-3 years it will most likely
support the formats.  If you receive your DVD doesn't work (this is unlikely) we can convert
your show to VHS as an alternative.  Check your DVD player's owners
manual to see if Burned DVD's are accepted. |

    | Q:  What about music that
      is copy written? |
    | A:
We will purchase your music in your names from itunes.  Please select
music from the itunes library only.  Once the music is purchased in
your name you will have personal usage rights to this music. |

    | Q:  Can I choose something
different than your intros or backgrounds? |
    | A:   Absolutely!
We have just created intros and title slide galleries to assist you.
Most of our clients like to take an intro and then slightly modify it to
meet their ideas.  Any photograph in .jpg or .gif format can be used
as a background, any artwork that can be scanned can be used, or if you
have a design in mind our designers have graphics backgrounds and can
assist you in your custom design. |

    | Q:  What if my pictures
are faded or have red-eye? |
    | A:
We include photo restoration and touch up for every photo included in your
slide show album.  We want the quality of your show to be first class
all the way and this starts with the photos!  We can not
assure that all photos are restorable, however we usually are able to
recover most photos to a exceptional quality level. |

    | Q:   How will I
project my slide show album at my event? |
    | A:
For those who will project them at their ceremony, many churches now have
this capability.  If you intend to project it at your reception, most
hotels and halls will rent you the equipment for a small fee, if they do
not have this equipment look in the rental equipment section of your
yellow pages, many companies rent this equipment to businesses and will
rent to you as well.  Some couples have chosen to rent a big screen
TV from their local furniture rental company. For open house graduation parties your
television close to the cake table, with the diploma and tassel displayed,
and using the loop option works well.  Your guests can watch the show
at their convenience and it is a great way to tell the story of your
graduates accomplishments and growing years.  |

    | Q:  How do I get my
      pictures to you? |
    | A:   Many
of our clients would prefer to scan the photographs themselves or use a
local scanning service such as Kinkos or Walmart, this avoids sending your
photos in the mail.  When choosing this options please make sure your
photos are in .jpg  format.  This option will also expedite
the completion of your slide show album.  Otherwise sending us your
photographs via the mail is and option and we can scan them for you.
Please use a mail method that requires a signature for receipt.  We
will return them via whatever method you used to send them to us.
Please visit our Planning Worksheet to
make sure you organize your pictures properly before scanning or sending. | Helping Celebrate a Lifetime
